Our class schedule is designed to be as cohesive and tailored as personal training. 

Strength

Vain, Hybrid

These classes focus on building muscle, definition, and creating a firm physique. You can expect full body and also body splits scheduled throughout the week.  

Cardio 

 Drenched, Punch, SweatTRX, MetCon5

Expect to burn and be breathless in these classes. They are fast paced and utilize calethenics, med balls, jump ropes, kettlebells etc. 


Core

TRX, Drenched, Hybrid

While proper form in any exerise elicits core work, certain classes are made to present this challenge through complex movements. 

Recovery

Power Yoga

This full body, non-traditional yoga class is aimed at helping the non-flexible individual get the benefits of taking time to stretch. Abs, glutes, stretch, and stability are emphasized.
